Terry Lubben

Terry Lubben has extensive experience in operations, supply chain management, and strategic development. Terry began their career at Medtronic in 1994, where they served as the Director of Supply Chain Strategies and Technologies. During their time at Medtronic, they were responsible for transitioning to a new global SAP system and played a key role in business development and acquisitions. Lubben then moved on to serve as the Vice President and General Manager at Lakewood Products and later as the Global Production Procurement and Systems leader at The Toro Company. Terry joined superDimension as the Director of Supply Chain Management in 2009, where they oversaw all aspects of the supply chain. After superDimension was acquired by Covidien, they continued to work for the company as the Senior Director of Operations / V.P. Supply Chain Management. In this role, they implemented various improvements, including level-loading production schedules and establishing monthly S&OP meetings. Lubben later joined Medtronic again as the Sr. Director of Operations, where they led various departments and projects. Terry then transitioned to Smiths Medical as the Vice President of Global Sourcing, where they sourced and launched new products, reduced costs, and developed category management strategies. Lubben then joined Cantel Medical as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Global Supply Chain, where they implemented cost and cash-saving measures and improved working capital. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc., where they lead the company's operations, supply chain, and customer service functions.
