Caitlin Digeorgio

Caitlin DiGeorgio has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Caitlin currently holds the position of R&D Director at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Exactech as an Engineering & Development Manager from February 2021 to October 2022. Caitlin also held various roles at Exactech, including Product Development Engineer from July 2018 to February 2021, and Product Design Engineer from September 2016 to July 2018. Before joining Exactech, Caitlin worked at Procter & Gamble as a Mechanical Design Engineer from June 2014 to September 2016. Caitlin started their career as a Senior Design Student at IMDS from September 2013 to April 2014 and gained experience as an Intern at Lockheed Martin from January 2012 to April 2014 through the UCF College Work Experience Program.

Caitlin DiGeorgio earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida in 2014. Caitlin then went on to complete a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florida from 2015 to 2018.
