Costanza di Fant

Costanza Di Fant has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on privacy and commercial law. Costanza is currently the Director of Legal, EMEA & Global Privacy Lead at Treasure Data, where they have been working since March 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Counsel, Product & Privacy at Treasure Data from October 2020 to March 2022. Before joining Treasure Data, Costanza worked at Arm as a Senior Counsel in the IoT Services Group from April 2020 to October 2020, and as a Corporate Counsel in the same group from January 2018 to March 2020. Costanza also has experience as a Commercial Lawyer at BGL Group from March 2016 to December 2017, and as a Legal Advisor at Mundipharma International Limited from January 2015 to February 2016. Additionally, Costanza worked as a Senior Contracts Manager at the Medical Research Council from August 2012 to January 2015, and as an Enterprise Legal Advisor at Heriot-Watt University from July 2011 to July 2012. Costanza began their legal career in private practice, first as a Praticante Avvocato (trainee lawyer) from 2006 to 2008, and later as an Avvocato (qualified lawyer) from 2008 to 2010.

Costanza Di Fant has a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London. They also have a Master's degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Udine. Additionally, they have a High School Diploma from Liceo Scientifico N. Copernico. Costanza has obtained certifications including Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals, with CIPP/E obtained in 2019 and CIPM to be obtained in 2023.
