Scott C. Williams has extensive work experience in the compliance and regulatory field. Scott C. most recently worked as the Chief Compliance Officer at Treasure Financial starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Regulatory Director at Figure from April 2019 to June 2020. Scott C. also held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at SoFi from April 2012 to April 2019, where they handled compliance, legal, and licensing matters for various subsidiaries of the company. Before joining SoFi, they worked as the Chief Compliance Officer at College Rocket from May 2009 to April 2012.

Scott C. Williams has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism and English from California State University. Scott C. also holds various certifications including Series 3, 7, 24, 31, 56, 63, 65, 66, 99, and SIE from FINRA.
