Alex Peelman

Alex Peelman has a strong background in software engineering and has held various roles throughout their career. Alex started in 2005 as a Junior Java programmer at LogicaCMG and then moved on to Newtec in 2007, where they initially worked as a Software Process Engineer and later as a Lead/Senior Software Engineer in Java. At Newtec, they were responsible for designing and implementing a release management tool and ensuring smooth product delivery. In 2017, Alex joined BenevolentAI as a Senior Software Engineer, where they focused on building software tools to support drug discovery efforts. Alex played a key role in deciding architecture, deployment strategies, and performance optimization of software. In 2021, Alex joined Cashforce as a Senior Software Engineer/Solutions Architect, bringing their expertise to design and develop software solutions. Currently, Alex is working at TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions), where they hold the position of Lead Software Engineer and Principal Engineer.

Alex Peelman attended HOGENT from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Computer Science.
