Petar Stamenov completed their education in a chronological order. From 2001 to 2006, they attended the Technology School Electronic Systems (TUES), associated with Technical University-Sofia, where they obtained a high school diploma in the field of Information Technology. Following this, they enrolled at the Technical University Sofia from 2006 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Engineering. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they attended the University of National and World Economy, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their formal education, Petar Stamenov also acquired various certifications. These include the Machine Learning Specialization from Coursera in March 2023, Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in July 2022, IBM Agile Advocate from IBM in March 2021, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in December 2019, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in March 2018, and MCSA - Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft in October 2015.
