Sirma Tsvetanova has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as a Sales Agent at Vassir OOD, a lighting fixtures company. Sirma then moved on to TELUS International Europe, where they had various roles including Teleagent, Subject Matter Expert, Assistant Supervisor, Supervisor, and Team Leader from 2008 to 2016. Following that, they worked at Mailjet as an Account Manager, responsible for managing client relationships and addressing customer issues. Most recently, they joined TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions) in 2020, where they have held positions as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Relationship Management Manager, and currently as a Renewal Manager.
Sirma Tsvetanova completed their Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended 19 "Elin Pelin" High School from 2001 to 2006, where they focused on Humanities/Humanistic Studies. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Financials, Contact Centre Strategy, and Essential Skills and Knowledge for Effective Contact Centre Management from ICMI in November 2015.
