Aaron Otto

Aaron Otto serves as the Assistant County Manager for Johnson County, KS Government since June 2015, overseeing a wide range of county operations, including economic development, emergency management, and public works. Previously, Aaron held various leadership roles including Executive Director of the Johnson County Airport Commission, where oversight included the management of two major airports and an industrial park. With extensive experience in public administration, Aaron has also served as City Administrator for Roeland Park and held positions within the Kansas State Treasury office. Aaron's engagement extends to non-profit sectors as both Immediate Past President and former International President of The Delta Chi Fraternity. Educational credentials include a Master in Public Administration from The George Washington University and a Diploma in National Security Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
