John Grant

John Grant is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR strategy, recruitment, and training. Currently serving as Principal Human Resources Consultant for Johnson County, KS Government since January 2022, John previously held the role of Senior Human Resources Partner at the same organization. John has developed HR functions and policies as HR Manager at Upper Lake Processing Services, and held various HR roles at DSI®, NIC Inc., and Sprint, where John was instrumental in training development and process improvement initiatives. John possesses a strong educational background with a BGS in Economics from The University of Kansas, and two master's degrees (MA in Human Resource Development and MA in Business) from Webster University.
