Carol Ji

Carol Ji is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Asia at Treasury Wine Estates since July 2023, Carol Ji collaborates with business leaders to develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies while enhancing employer branding and optimizing the hiring process. Prior to this role, Carol Ji held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager APAC at Newell Brands, overseeing recruitment for commercial functions across various markets. Earlier career roles include Project Manager at Shanghai DE.NING Management Consulting, HR Consultant/Team Leader at EunaCon Consulting Group, and GM Assistant at Dongwei Trading GmbH. Carol Ji began professional qualifications with an internship in recruiting at Amadeus FiRe and holds a Master’s Degree in Pedagogy/Germanic/Business Economics from Leibniz University Hannover, along with education from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
