Faye Collay

Faye Collay is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations for Splash at Treasury Wine Estates since May 2022. With a robust background in integrated services, Faye previously held the position of Head of Integrated Services at Cummins&Partners from January 2011 to March 2022. Faye's expertise spans various roles in prominent agencies, including Executive Producer at Leo Burnett and TEQUILA/TBWA, along with a foundational career as a Producer at Wunderman, Swish Group, and WSA. Additionally, Faye contributed to the industry as a juror for the 24th AMY Awards, recognizing the evolution of customer-focused prestige in advertising.
