Katherine Glynn

Katherine Glynn serves as the Director of People Services at Treasury Wine Estates since March 2022, overseeing HR functions for one of the world's largest wine companies. Prior to this role, Katherine held positions at bp as the Head of HR Services ANZ & Operational Excellence Lead, where responsibilities included HR operational delivery across Australia and New Zealand. Previous experience at Mercer involved HR leadership within Corporate Superannuation and the establishment of HR services for an emerging consulting business. Katherine's extensive career at ANZ includes various leadership roles focused on Operations Enablement, Business Systems Management, and shared services development for HR. Katherine Glynn holds a Graduate AICD in Company Directorship, is a member of the Australian HR Institute, and possesses both a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Melbourne.
