Gerry Kosmacek

Gerry Kosmacek has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Chef Manager at Treat America Food Services since March 2010, where responsibilities include ordering products, managing finances, creating menus, and ensuring a safe, sanitary work environment. Previously, Gerry held the position of Kitchen Manager at 1020, overseeing kitchen ordering and maintaining cleanliness, and also served as Head Line Cook. Earlier experience includes a role at Sports Authority as Golf Authority. Gerry holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Management from Metropolitan Community College, along with additional education in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management.
