Claudia Zhao

Claudia Zhao is an experienced professional specializing in product development and patient engagement. Currently serving as Product Lead at Treatment Technologies & Insights since January 2021, Claudia has successfully created user-focused microcopy and messaging to enhance user engagement while collaborating with various teams to improve app features. Previously, Claudia held roles as a Communications Intern, where brand awareness was developed through social media management and marketing materials creation, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at USC Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy, contributing to research on smartphone applications for physical activity in older adults. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Studies from the University of Southern California and a high school diploma from Breck School.
