Ingmar Bunschoten

Ingmar Bunschoten is an experienced professional in talent and people management, currently serving as the Head of Talent & Development at Treatwell since November 2024, following Treatwell's acquisition of Salonized, where Ingmar held the position of People & Culture Lead. Prior to these roles, Ingmar was the Head of People at Orderchamp, a B2B marketplace, and held HR positions at felyx and Lightspeed HQ, where responsibilities included supporting employee lifecycle and culture initiatives. Ingmar began a career in human resources at SEOshop, progressing from Sourcer to HR Coordinator after SEOshop's acquisition by Lightspeed POS. Early career experience includes security roles at MZ Beveiliging and serving as an Infantry Soldier in the Dutch military. Ingmar holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has undertaken additional studies in business administration and creative accounting.
