Jon Keen currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Development at Treaty Oak Clean Energy. Prior to this, he held leadership positions at the City of Atlanta as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Operating Officer. Before transitioning to the private sector, he worked at Deloitte Consulting in Strategy & Operations. Keen also has a background in the military, serving as an Army Reserve Officer with the US Army and the 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Administration from Emory University - Goizueta Business School, and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School.
