Computational Design And Virtual Acoustics Specialist at Treble Technologies

Alessia Milo is a seasoned professional in computational design and virtual acoustics, currently serving as a specialist at Treble Technologies since November 2021. As the founder of HEARchitecture, Alessia leads an organization dedicated to advancing Aural Design Education by merging resources with innovative strategies. Prior experience includes founding and directing HyperTetris, where expertise in interactive interfaces and audio-visual consultancy was honed. Alessia also held roles as a postdoctoral researcher in acoustics virtual reality at Eindhoven University of Technology and a PhD researcher at Queen Mary University of London, focusing on acoustic design in everyday spaces. Additional experience includes positions as a research assistant in the AudioCommons H2020 initiative, a lecturer at the University of Greenwich, and an architect at archea associati. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Media and Arts Technology from Queen Mary University of London and a Laurea Magistrale in Architecture from Sapienza Università di Roma.
