Joan Tafel

Joan Tafel is an experienced instructional designer and trainer with a strong background in technical writing and training development, currently working at TreCom Systems Group, Inc. since July 2009. In this role, Joan has supported the Salesforce.com CRM solution for the Philly311 project, performed needs analysis, and has been involved in designing training curricula and materials for various projects, including PA-WIC and PELICAN Child Care Works. Joan's history includes positions at Deloitte and Dataquest, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from leading training sessions to creating documentation and developing training plans for end-users. Joan has also held technical writing positions at Foot Locker, contributing to the development of training resources and quality assurance processes throughout a diverse career. Education was pursued at Stephens College from 1979 to 1981.
