Michael O'Kelley has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2019, they began working as a Team Lead for TreCom Systems Group, Inc., where they were responsible for ensuring the successful transition of Pennsylvania voters off HealthCare.gov and onto a state-based insurance portal. Prior to this, they worked at Washington Health Benefit Exchange from 2014-2019, where they served as Partner Integration Lead & Business Systems Analyst. In this role, they coordinated testing efforts between multiple partners during User Acceptance and Full End-to-End testing cycles. Additionally, they systematized testing data into reports for stakeholders. From 2014-2019, they also worked at Clover Park Technical College as an IT Help Desk Technician, where they successfully resolved simple to complex issues related to computer software, hardware, and network infrastructure. Michael also provided support for 1300 computers for students and faculty, with 120 virtualized servers on 17 hosts.
