Tammy Snowwolf

Tammy SnowWolf is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in infrastructure support and customer service. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Specialist at TreCom Systems Group, Inc. since November 2021, Tammy has also worked as a part-time Field Services Technician at CompuCom, where the focus was on repairing and updating POS systems. Previous roles include Service Desk Analyst at PC Network, Inc., Deployment Specialist with Teksystems at WellSpan Health, and Help Desk Service Representative at Holy Spirit–A Geisinger Affiliate. Tammy has a strong foundation in IT, holding a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Central Penn College, an Associate degree in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute, and a Paralegal Certificate from Penn State University. This blend of education and professional experience equips Tammy with a robust skill set in technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service.
