Mohammed Shees

Mohammed Shees has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mohammed has held various leadership roles in different companies. Starting in 2008, they worked as an HR professional at Convergys, where they managed employee life cycle processes, workforce reporting, and internal audits. Mohammed then moved on to Tata Consultancy Services in 2011, where they led HR operations and collaborated with auditors for process improvements. In 2013, Shees joined AXA Technologies Shared Services as an Assistant Manager HR, responsible for HRIS project management and leading a team in delivering HR services globally. After that, they worked at Colt Technology Services as an HR Manager, overseeing HR operations, policy formulation, compliance, and recruitment management. In 2022, they joined ShareChat as an Associate Director People Operations, where they handled comprehensive people operations, talent management, and policy development. Currently, Shees is working at Tredence Inc. as the Head of People Operations - Human Resources, where they are responsible for developing and implementing HR processes and policies globally to ensure efficiency and a seamless employee experience. Mohammed also focuses on data management, system integration, and strategic HR partnership.

Mohammed Shees completed their education at Bangalore University. In 2003, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Finance. Mohammed then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in HR & Marketing from 2005 to 2007. In 2020, Mohammed Shees obtained a certification in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn.
