These include the co-founder and managing partner at Chicago Pacific Founders, the founder and CEO at Accretive Health, and the group chief executive for the resources operating group at Accenture, Ltd. Other notable members include the president at Verinata Health, Inc. (acquired by Illumina (ILMN)), and the CEO and chief medical officer at Navigenics (acquired by Life Technologies). All members of the board have received education from prestigious institutions, such as Loyola University Chicago, The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
