Cole Maritz

Cole Maritz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, strategy, and consulting within various industries. As a Co-Founder at Skipper since October 2020, Cole also serves as an Advisor and Investor at Sundance Mountain Resort and The Ameswell Hotel since January 2021 and May 2019, respectively. Previously, Cole held the position of VP of Business Development & Strategy at Curacity from May 2019 to October 2020, and contributed to Renteous' emergence as a property management software solution catering to small landlords from August 2018 to April 2019. With earlier roles as a Sales Engineer at Simulmedia, Inc., and a Product Consultant at Tubular Labs, Cole's career also includes positions at AKQA and Morgan Stanley, where valuable skills in project management, client services, and real estate investing were developed. Cole earned a BA in History from Stanford University in 2013.
