Steven Trevett

Steven Trevett is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior Restaurants Manager at Sundance Mountain Resort since July 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing Front of House operations for award-winning restaurants. Prior positions include Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Montage Deer Valley, where management of multiple dining venues contributed to the property’s five-star and five-diamond ratings, and a Food and Beverage Operations Voyager role at JW Marriott, which involved managing high-revenue outlets. Steven's career began in culinary roles at Vail Resorts and other establishments, eventually leading to coaching and training positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Interlachen Country Club. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant and Foodservice Management from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts degree from Seminole State College of Florida.
