Roberta Lang

Roberta Lang has a wealth of experience in the corporate world. Roberta began their career in 1998 as the General Counsel and Global Vice President of Legal Affairs for Whole Foods Market, Inc. In 2009, they joined the Board of the Texas General Counsel Forum. In 2010, they became a Board Member for Conscious Capitalism, Inc. and in 2013 they were Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for Rodale Institute. In 2017, they founded Austin Conscious Leadership LLC, where they served as CEO and provided Executive Leadership and Team Development support. In 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer of EBW2020 (Empowering a Billion Women by 2020) and in 2022 they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of tree3. Additionally, they have been a Founding Board Member of Whole Planet Foundation since 2000.

Roberta Lang attended Indiana University South Bend, where they earned a BS in Political Science, Physics, and Philosophy. Roberta then attended Valparaiso University School of Law and earned a JD.
