Ricky Leonardo

Ricky Leonardo is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations and fleet management, currently serving as the Country Head at TreeDots since March 2022. Previously, Ricky held key positions including City Driver Ops Lead at Shopee, General Manager at Chilibeli Pte Ltd, and Head of Operations at Snoonu. With extensive tenure at PT Sumberdaya Sewatama, Ricky progressed through various roles in fleet management, culminating as Manager of Fleet Management where responsibilities included analyzing and managing fleet operations. Additionally, Ricky gained foundational experience at Melawai Group in a production planning and inventory control capacity. Ricky holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Trisakti.
