Ashley Quaintance has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Personal Banker at M & I Bank for four years. Ashley then became a Sales Representative at Daiichi Sankyo from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they held multiple positions at SC Johnson, including Customer Information Manager, Senior Analyst, Account Business Manager, Major Account Business Manager, and Manager of Sales Account Management - Emerging Formats. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a National Account Manager at ConAgra Foods. In 2015, they joined Kimberly-Clark, where they held roles such as Sr. Channel Manager, Category Sales Senior Manager, and Senior Team Leader. In 2020, they became a Member at Chief, a private network for senior women leaders. Currently, they are working at TreeHouse Foods, where they have held several positions, including Director of Sales, Vice President - Value & Small Format, Vice President - Value, Small Format, & Club, and their current role as Vice President - Business Unit General Manager.
Ashley Quaintance completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Arkansas from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside from 2002 to 2007. In addition, Ashley obtained the TLC Leadership Development Program certification from TreeHouse Foods in December 2021.
