Amy Navarro

Amy Navarro currently serves as the Director of Launch Success at Treehouse, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Amy was the Director of Program Design & Improvement at the College Success Foundation, overseeing program managers and vendor relationships. Experience also includes serving as Project Director for TRIO Student Support Services at Bellingham Technical College, where program and fiscal compliance were managed, and as Senior Manager at United Way of Snohomish County, focusing on community investments and grants. Earlier roles include coordinating programs for youth and providing career guidance at West Seattle High School. Amy holds a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Seattle University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Washington.
