William Wood

William Wood is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning several roles and companies. Currently serving as the IT Manager at Treehouse since November 2013, William directs all aspects of IT infrastructure and manages a lean IT department for a 150-person organization. Previously, William held positions such as IT Support Analyst and IT Support Technician at Treehouse, where responsibilities included helpdesk management and projects to enhance SharePoint. William also owned and operated WilliamTech, LLC, specializing in Office 365 benefits and compliance reporting, and had entrepreneurial experience with CourseBusters, LLC. Earlier in the career, William worked as a Support Engineer at Microsoft, creating a new support model, and held technical roles in various organizations, including developing database applications for a law firm. William holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Whitman College.
