James Lajiness

James Lajiness has a solid work experience in the field of medicinal chemistry and scientific research. James is currently serving as the Associate Director of Medicinal Chemistry at Treeline Biosciences since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at GNF where they held various roles, including Senior Principal Scientist, Investigator III, Investigator II, and Investigator I from 2012 to 2021. Before joining GNF, James worked as a Graduate Student at The Scripps Research Institute from 2007 to 2012.

James Lajiness obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Hope College, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Organic Chemistry at Scripps Research from 2007 to 2012.
