Kevin Hesp

Associate Director, Medicinal Chemistry at Treeline Biosciences

Kevin Hesp has extensive work experience in the field of medicinal chemistry. Kevin is currently working as the Associate Director of Medicinal Chemistry at Treeline Biosciences since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Pfizer for almost a decade. At Pfizer, they held various roles such as Senior Principal Scientist and Group Leader from April 2020 to September 2021, Principal Scientist and Group Leader from July 2015 to April 2020, Senior Scientist and Group Leader from April 2014 to July 2015, and Senior Scientist from May 2012 to April 2014. Before joining Pfizer, Kevin worked as an NSERC Postdoctoral Fellow at Yale University from November 2010 to May 2012. Kevin also gained research experience at Dalhousie University, where they served as a Graduate Research Associate in the Mark Stradiotto Laboratory from 2006 to 2010.

Kevin Hesp completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Chemistry from the University of Guelph between the years 2002 and 2006. Kevin then pursued their higher education at Dalhousie University, where they obtained their PhD in Organic Chemistry from 2006 to 2010. Following this, Kevin attended Yale University from 2010 to 2012 as an NSERC Postdoctoral Fellow.
