Alex Miller

Alex​ ​serves as Marketing and Social Media Manager for TreePeople. He graduated from Sarah Lawrence College in 2010, having studied art theory, art production, and poetry. Miller has been producing interactive events and exhibitions throughout Los Angeles. He is a founding member of and teacher at the People’s Pottery Project, whose goal is to empower formerly incarcerated individuals through ceramics. Prior to working with TreePeople, Miller served as Center Coordinator and Communications Coordinator for Craft in America, he managed ForYourArt’s communications and co-managed their activity space, and worked for commercial galleries and nonprofits throughout Los Angeles. He brings his aesthetic and communications expertise wherever he goes.
