Marley Kern

Marley Kern is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Education Coordinator at Trees Atlanta since May 2024. With a strong background in environmental education, Marley previously worked as an Environmental Educator at Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy from June 2021 to April 2024, where engagement with nature was emphasized through field trips, summer camps, and public programs. Additional roles include Integrated Co-Teacher at Growing Up Green Charter Schools and Special Education Teacher at Denton Independent School District. Marley began building a foundation in education as a Head Resident Advisor at Vanderbilt University, leading a team to foster community among residents. Marley holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Conservation Education from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Cognitive Studies from Vanderbilt University.
