Rick Everitt

Rick Everitt serves as an Administrative Assistant for the Walton County Commissioners since November 2017, providing support to the D2 County Commissioner. Concurrently, Rick is a Program Coordinator with the Panhandle Area Educational Consortium (PAEC) since 1984, focusing on technology enhancement and supporting K-12 programs through the Florida Educational Channel. Rick also holds the role of Program Coordinator for Technology Support, promoting organized school volunteer programs initiated by Adele Graham. Additionally, Rick is a Board Member of the Florida Association of Partners in Education (FAPE), emphasizing the importance of community partnerships in enhancing student learning. Prior experience includes working as a Counselor and Program Specialist for Southeast Alabama Youth Services from 1974 to 2007. Rick's education includes a Masters of Education in Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Social Rehabilitation, both from Troy University.
