Director, Customer Success at Treez

David Rocha is the current Director of Customer Success at Treez, a market leader in communication and payment software systems for the automotive vertical. Dave joined the company as one of the first 15 employees to help build out and scale the customer support and on-boarding departments.

At myKaarma, Rocha increased on-boarding efficiency by over 200%, which led to a significant decrease in time between customer signed contract and first revenue recognition. Dave was also responsible for roll out of major car manufacturer contracts that led to a 2x increase in myKaarma revenue in less than 12 months. In addition, they increased customer satisfaction scores by 15% in less than 6 months and built customer support process to handle 100+ customer support tickets on a daily basis while maintaining over 98% satisfaction rate.

Prior to myKaarma, Rocha worked as a Project Manager at County Restaurant Supply from November 2014 to March 2015. Dave then took on the role of Growth, Operations, & Customer Success at Consulting from April 2018 to October 2019. In April 2018, they became the CEO at LAyer, where they worked until April 2019.
