Seth Gilligan

Seth Gilligan is the current Head of Supply Chain at Treez. Prior to this, they were a Consultant at fabric from April 2021 to March 2022. Their responsibilities included Process Improvement/Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt project consulting and Headless eCommerce System Integration. Before that, they were the VP of Supply Chain at 4Front from March 2019 to February 2021. There, they led 4Front's Supply Chain by centralizing cannabis packaging, equipment, and raw materials inventory management and procurement operations. Seth was also responsible for reducing 4Front's overall supply chain expenses for CBD and Cannabis packaging by $2.7M, transitioning 4Front's procurement processes from a buy on-demand site level process to a CPFR/S&OP planning network model along with budgeting by site to reduce working capital and average cost per unit, streamlining manual inventory management processes at facilities and replacing manual inventory tracking by implementing a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Demand Planning and Forecasting System, and ERP system, as well as managing strategic sourcing and vendor relationships for 4Front's Cannabis and CBD operating companies. Seth also built out 4Front's Data Warehouse and SQL Server reporting database used for 4Front's main Supply Chain and Operations metrics and dashboards using Power BI Datasets.

Seth Gilligan is a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) holder in Supply Management and Information Systems with a minor in Economics from Penn State University.
