Micha Roon is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in blockchain and decentralized systems. Currently, Micha serves as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, focusing on supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha aims to enhance the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Micha has also contributed as a board member and advisor across various organizations, leveraging expertise in blockchain technology to foster innovation. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has pursued further education in fintech and project management.
