Barbara Pierner

Barbara Pierner has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Barbara began their career at Marquip Inc. in 1994, where they worked as a Training Specialist until 1997. In 1996, they joined Trek Bicycle Corporation as an Engineering System Administrator and held this position until 2000. Following this role, they served as an Engineering Product Data Manager from 1998 to 2005. From 2005 to 2017, they worked as a Sr. Business Analyst at Trek Bicycle Corporation. In 2017, they were promoted to the position of Director of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), a role they currently hold.

Barbara Pierner obtained their BBA degree in Management and Human Resources from the Wisconsin School of Business, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In April 2020, they became an ENOVIA Champion accredited by Dassault Systèmes. In January 2022, Barbara Pierner received the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, in February 2022, they obtained three more certifications: Certified Agile Leadership Essentials, Certified Agile Leadership for Organizations, and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams, all from Scrum Alliance.
