Brendan Williams

Brendan Williams has a work experience starting in 2019. Brendan began their career at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC as a Data Entry Assistant from June 2019 to November 2020. Brendan then transitioned to Trek Bicycle, where they held various roles. Brendan started as a Warehouse Associate from March 2019 to June 2021. Brendan then became an IT Service Desk Intern from June 2021 to August 2021, followed by being an IT Service Desk Technician from September 2021 to July 2022. Brendan continued to grow in their career at Trek Bicycle, becoming an IT Service Desk Technician II from July 2022 to March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of IT Service Desk Lead, starting in March 2023.

Brendan Williams attended Fox Valley Technical College from 2020 to 2021, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. In addition to their degree, they also obtained two certifications: "Windows 10: Troubleshooting for IT Support" from LinkedIn in May 2021, and "Career Advice from Some of the Biggest Names in Business" from LinkedIn in April 2021.
