Geoff Ziegahn

Geoff Ziegahn is a highly experienced engineer specializing in manufacturing and project management within the cycling industry. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing and Project Engineer at Trek Bicycle Corporation since December 2003, Geoff Ziegahn is responsible for developing manufacturing solutions, lean processes, and cost-saving initiatives that positively impact company margins. Previous roles include Project Manager and Design Engineer, where Geoff Ziegahn facilitated project teams, established specifications and timelines, and led innovative product designs for the Trek European trekking bicycle line. Earlier experiences include working as a Project Engineer at S&S Cycle, Laboratory Assistant at the UW-Madison Engineering Research Center, and Mechanical Designer at Hubba-Hubba Racing. Geoff Ziegahn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
