Graham Wilhelm has had a diverse work experience. Graham started their career in 2005 as a Mechanical Engineer at Hydro Technologies, where they worked until 2007. In the same year, they joined National Geographic as a Mechanical Engineer and stayed there until 2011. In 2007, they also briefly worked at Phoenix International, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer. Since 2011, Graham has been associated with Trek Bicycle, initially as a Wheel Design Engineer, then as a Product Manager, and currently as the Director of Product Management.

Graham Wilhelm began their education in 1998 at the University of Oregon, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Graham focused on the field of Business Administration and Management, General, and completed their studies in 2002. Following this, in 2003, Graham attended Colorado State University to continue their education. Graham obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in the field of study. Graham successfully completed this program in 2006.
