Jennifer de Raadt

Jennifer de Raadt has over 25 years of work experience in various companies and roles. Jennifer currently works at Trek Bicycle as an HR Manager for the Australia and New Zealand region since April 2021. Before joining Trek Bicycle, they were an APAC HR Business Partner for the company from May 2019 to April 2021. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at GHD as a People Manager from February 2012 to April 2019. Jennifer also gained experience as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at John Holland from July 2009 to January 2012. Jennifer's career began as a Director of Human Resources at Hawkins Companies from April 2005 to May 2009. Jennifer also had a role as a Full Charge Bookkeeper at JRR Engineering from February 2001 to April 2002. Jennifer started their professional career as a Senior Staff Accountant at Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP from July 1996 to January 2001.

Jennifer de Raadt received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Boise State University, graduating in 1996. In 2012, they obtained a Human Resources Management Professional certification from the HR Certification Institute. Similarly, in 2008, they earned the title of Senior Professional in Human Resources from the same institute. In 2011, Jennifer de Raadt completed a Diploma of Project Management at the University of New England (AU). Lastly, they obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from TME Australia in 2010.
