Navneet Banka has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as Country Head at Trek Bicycle, where they led the market entry and growth of the "super-premium" bicycle segment in India. Prior to that, they worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they played a crucial role in the market entry and achieved significant sales growth within a short period. Navneet also managed the dealer network and sales at Mercedes-Benz India, contributing to a significant portion of annual sales. Earlier in their career, they held sales and engineering roles at companies like HOERBIGER, EagleBurgmann, and Philips.

Navneet Banka's education history begins with their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they pursued a Master's in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on CAD/CAM and Robotics at The University of Akron, from 1999 to 2002.

Later, Navneet Banka attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where they completed an MBA - Executive Program in General Management for the duration of 2012 to 2013.
