Tanja Norris

Tanja Norris serves as the Director of Product at Trek Bicycle Corporation's Electra Bicycle Company since November 2015, having been promoted after just nine months in a previous role as Lifestyle & Accessories Product Manager. In this capacity, Tanja oversees global product strategy for Electra's product lines, including managing a diverse team responsible for Industrial Design, Engineering, Product Compliance, and Product Management. Prior to this, Tanja had a notable tenure at Oakley, Inc., where roles included Category Manager for Men's Sun and category manager for Special Make Units (SMUs), achieving significant growth and managing the company's largest division generating over $740 million in annual sales. Tanja's career also includes experience in program management and design management within Oakley’s design department.
