Franziska W. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Franziska started their career in 2009 as an intern at Europäische Tourismus Institut GmbH. From 2010 to 2011, they completed an internship at the German National Tourist Board. Franziska then joined TAURUSpro Gesellschaft für Umwelt-, Regional- und Wirtschaftsentwicklung mbH as an intern from 2011 to 2013.

In 2013, they worked as a Trainee CSM & Sales at myobis GmbH. Following that, Franziska joined Myobis Booking Systems GmbH in 2014 and held the role of CSM & Project Manager until 2018. Franziska'sresponsibilities included managing IT product development, budget planning and monitoring, as well as customer onboarding and key account management.

In 2016, Franziska joined TrekkSoft as a Marketing Manager. Franziska'srole involved developing a regional marketing strategy, coordinating translations, and building collaborations for marketing content. Franziska later took on the position of Marketing Project Manager in 2018, where they initiated and executed marketing and interdepartmental projects. In 2019, Franziska became a Product Manager at TrekkSoft.

In 2022, they obtained a Product Analytics Micro-Certification from Product School. Most recently, they obtained a Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org in 2023.
