Laurence Mittelbronn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food, hospitality, and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Global Market Growth & Advisory Board Member at Protelicious Corp and a Partner at i2A Hospitality Partners, Laurence also holds advisory roles at SLaurence Travel Club and TrekSecure. Notably, as Lead Advisor for the Ukrainian Food Manufacturers Alliance and NINA, Laurence contributes expertise in revolutionizing the hospitality and food industries. Laurence has been engaged with Copia, a technology-driven food recovery organization, since 2015 and serves as Board Member and Secretary for the GLEAM Network, which focuses on mentorship in the restaurant sector.
