John Lees is an accomplished executive in the healthcare industry, serving as CEO and Founder of Copay Technologies since October 2023, where the focus is on enhancing transparency in healthcare costs through advanced analytics. As Co-Founder of Trella Health, since May 2014, John has leveraged big data to improve healthcare organizations' outcomes and has successfully driven initiatives reducing readmission rates significantly. Previously, John held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Managed Health Care Associates, Inc., guiding the company in becoming the largest alternate site GPO in the country. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at Liberty Billing & Consulting Services, driving operational efficiency, and leading MedAssets as President, where John achieved remarkable revenue growth and operational improvements. John holds a B.A. in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Virginia and a Ph.D. in Physics from The University of Georgia.
