Esraa ABUTALEB

Esraa Abutaleb has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they are employed at Trella as a Senior Product Manager since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Valeo, where they held several positions including Manager, Digital Product Owners || Chief Product Owner from May 2022 to January 2023, Software Engineering Manager from August 2021 to May 2022, and Senior Software Team Lead from August 2020 to August 2021. Esraa also served as a Software Team Leader - Thermal Systems from February 2019 to August 2020, Principal Software Engineer from May 2018 to August 2020, and Senior Software Engineer from November 2016 to April 2018. Before joining Valeo, Esraa worked at IBM as a Software Engineer from August 2015 to November 2016. Esraa began their career at Valeo as a Software Engineer from August 2011 to July 2015. Additionally, they briefly held the role of Business Improvement Director at Be Coaching from September 2012 to December 2013.

Esraa Abutaleb obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University, from the period of 2006 to 2011. In addition, they have acquired multiple certifications throughout their career, including Agile Product Ownership from ICAgile in November 2022, the Pro Accelerator Program in Product Management from Knowledge Officer Career Accelerator in July 2022, Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in June 2022, Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2021, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in September 2018.
