Antony Croston

Antony Croston is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and business management, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Programs at Trelleborg Group since May 2016. In this role, Antony leads major capital projects and oversees strategic implementations across four sites in North America. Previously, Antony held positions including Business Group Director within Trelleborg Offshore, Segment Manager for Drilling and Wells at Wood Group Kenny, and various engineering roles at Trelleborg Offshore and Smiths Aerospace Components. Antony also contributes as a Small Business Mentor in the Elevate Program at Venture Asheville and serves on the Advisory Panel for Customer Experience at the University of Houston Bauer Business College. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. with a focus on Strategic Planning from Edinburgh Business School and a MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University.
