Herbinder Marway is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in materials development and business management within the rubber and polymer industry. Currently serving as the Materials Development Manager at Trelleborg Industrial AVS since November 2012, Marway oversees a team focused on creating rubber formulations and coatings for diverse applications in the Marine, Railway, Offshore, and Off Highway markets. Previously, Marway held the position of Business Development Manager at Trelleborg Material & Mixing Forsheda AB, where the focus was on customer acquisition across various sectors, including building and construction and automotive. Additionally, Marway worked as the Technical & Mixing Manager at Trelleborg Sealing Profile (UK), managing production staff and overseeing material developments. Holding an MSc in Polymer Technology from Loughborough University, Marway's background solidifies expertise in both technical and strategic areas of the industry.
